I went back to the river, as todays food and wine festival theme is "Coffe and Chocolate". Unfortunatly the main focus is on coffee, which I don't like, and I get only a little chocolate tasting. I discovered also why yesterday I saw several rower teams training, there is a dragon boat race today.
After wathing the race for some time, I continue to Treasury Garden. Here the Irish marched in for St. Patricks Day.
In the center of the city there were other festivities, this time it's the greek.
It looks a bit funny, when you have an older small building right next to a modern high rising one. Nothing in contrast to what I saw in the central station. They had built the new station right around an old building.
Even more building goes on in the doclands, where a lot of space is resused. One thing which I saw also at the river, is picnic areas which allow you to have a BBQ without the need to bring your own grill.
